Ahaa last Nov 18th - Nov 24th, I took 5 days annual leave and went to Japan again with my beloved family for 6 days and 5 nights!!! Yehaaaa~ And this time around my cousin’s family and my grandparents also joined in the trip!! It was so exciting and enjoyable travelling together with a big happy family!
Okay I’ll put everythng just in a brief and then let the Pictures tell the story!

Day 1
Arrival at Kansai International Airport (at Osaka) which is Japan’s first international airport to be operational round-the-clock with multiple 4,000-meter class runways. Mind you, Narita airport operates until 9 p.m. only because it’s near to housing area and they do not want to disturb the people’s night sleep. I just got to know it. Hehehe
Plus, Kansai Airport is an offshore airport which is designed to preserve the natural environment! Yes it is an airport atas laut ohkay!
FYI Osaka is the 3rd biggest city in Japan and while it was once known as the capital of Japan. Then we proceed straight to Osaka Castle Park. This castle is built in the year 1583 by Hideyoshi, the warlord who unified Japan.
After having lunch, we headed to Universal Studio Japan!!!!! However it was freezing cold plus windy! I believe the temperature at that moment was less then 1 degree.

Later at night we stay at Novotel Koshien Hotel

Day 2
We went to several temples since it’s already scheduled in the package. By visiting those temples I would say we would be more understanding and respect other’s religion and beliefs.
Went to Todai-ji Temple in Nara Deer Park which is claimed to be the largest wooden building in the world with over 1,000 tame deer, regarded as messengers of the Gods, roam the park.
Helan Shrine
Kiyomizu Temple

Later at night we stay at Nikko Toyohashi Hotel

Day 3
We took a short ride on the Bullet train (Shinkansen) from Toyohashi to Hamamatsu. You know what, it’s only 12 minutes whereas our bus driver took 2 hours plus from the hotel to Hamamatsu! Wohooooo sgtlah laju kan!
Then we we visited Hakone Owakudani Valley which is famous for its hot spring eggs (black egg). Masa ni the temperature was 1 degree! It’s so cold!!! and after taking few pictures we quickly embarked the bus because our bus got heater and it’s so warm inside the bus..heeehehe
Then we visited Peace Park. Mostly the scenery were so serene and beautiful! Subhanallah!!! During our visit it’s end of autumn.

Later at night we stay at Kawaguchi Koryu . Here it’s not a normal hotel but it’s really a traditional Japanese house-like.. We slept on tatami and wore yukata! We even wore the yukata and have our dinner and breakfast the next morning exactly like the Japanese people did. What an experience!! Plus the night before we went to the hot spring and soaked our feet in a beautiful outdoor spring ..whoaaaa~ so relaxing!

Our tour guide, Lily a Singaporean lady married with a Japan guy and has lived in Japan over 30 years said we’re so lucky to got the chance seeing the Mount Fuji as crystal clear. She said Mt Fuji will only show her face for 100 days per year! Or else it will covered by the clouds. We even went up to 4th station..! 2020 Meters.
Then we proceed our journey to Tokyo-Odaiba. Here we visited Palette Town which is newly developed fun town in Japan.
Venus Fort which is Part of Palette Town. Venus Fort is a shopping mall in the style of a 18th century South European town. It features more than one hundred boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants,. there even is an artificial sky painted on the roof that transforms the sky from day to night regularly.
Mega Web Toyota City also Part of Palette Town. It is a Toyota showroom, where you can view and touch Toyota’s newest models and car accessories, test drive a real car ("Ride One") or ride an automatic, electric vehicle ("E-com Ride").
The largest part of megaweb is the Toyota City Showcase where not only can you see all the latest and future Toyota products, but also you can visit the motion simulator attraction know as Mega Theater or hop on one of the rides that terminate from the Megaweb building, like the E-com Ride or Ride One.
