2 days have passed..
My mid-semester break has actually started..yeayyy! 1 week jer pun.. well, hope it will be enough for me to take a deep breath…before starting back with all the lectures n presentations..
Although I’m in holiday, yet as usual, books, tonnes of assignments and projects are busyly haunting n following me wherever I go to..huhuhu.. Nevertheless, no classes to be attend to so it’ll be lots of time to do all those works..hm..hope so!
Last weekend, there’re both happy n sad things happened.. but I would like to mention the bad news though, ehm, my parents’s friend son died due to an accident with a lorry. He’s 1 year older than me.. and last few weeks, my cousin’s friend died due to an accident with a lorry too.. Last time, before getting my SPM’s result, my classmate died because of an accident, also with a lorry! ohh this is a sad things to say again =(
Those incidents really has triggered me to think that we, people will die at anytime and at anywhere in which we will never know..
Does our deeds enough for us to get into the heaven?
Have we done everything that Allah ask us to do?
We may and may not yet close to death..
However the thought of what will happen afterwards, soon after we die, is really frightening! Don’t you feel the same?
Lets pray together,
"Allahumma ahyina biliman wa amitna biliman wahshurna biliman wa adkhilnal jannata ma’aliman birahmatika ya arhamar-rahimin"
In the Quran, Allah has repeatedly reminds us of the purpose of our life, which sometimes we tend to forget..
And I have not created the jinn and the men but that they may worship ME. (51:56 - Surah Adz-Dzaariyaat: 56)
It is Heit is Who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne was over the waters – that He might try you, which of you is best in conduct. when His Throne was on the water, in order to test which of you has the best actions. (11:7 - Surah Hud: 7)
Recall that your Lord said to the angels, "I am placing a khalifah on Earth." They said, "Will You place therein one who will spread evil therein and shed blood, while we sing Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your absolute authority?" He said, "I know what you do not know." (2:30 - Surah Al-Baqarah: 30)
The above verses, insyaAllah provide us a full understanding of the purpose of life for us, the believers. We should know that this life is a place where we are being tried and tested by our Creator. Therefore, we hope to succeed in this test and attain the Paradise and hence the good pleasure of Allah.
Ramadhan month is just in the corner! Ramadhan al-Mubarak!
